Maroto aka Bambinomonkey, is a Spanish illustrator and character designer working in the animation field for 16 years. He mostly works in the advertisement space and for the VFX industry. His style is simple and strongly influenced by cartoons and he loves cats. He does however think that sleepers are the definitive shoes.

Founders – Anuj, Avinash and Swarup were batchmates at the National Institute of Design while pursuing their PG. They co-founded Girgit Studios, an Animation Film Design studio based in Pune, India. The trio brings in the right blend of Design thinking, Visual storytelling and Execution finesse. They have crafted and delivered over 125 animation projects ranging from TVCs, Promo films, PSAs, explainers, Music Videos, short films and more, and gathered international acclaim for their work. Their short film 09:09F was selected as the best film in the Professional Short Films category by the audience at Anifest India 2019.

ANUJ is an artist at heart and scientist at brain. This enables him to effortlessly juggle art and technology and create spectacular visual experiences. He experiments with various techniques of animation and is in love with motion in art. Don’t ever leave your stuff near him or else, you may find them alive and moving! SWARUP, an engineer turned designer is a master of all trades. He intuitively puts together a client’s fragmented brief and initial ideas of his creative team, to build that essential bridge between the two. He makes sure that all the gears of the entire Girgit machinery are well oiled and creatively engaged. AVINASH is a storyteller, a poet, web worm and a film buff. He was born with a filmy spoon. He breathes cinema. While all others just watch a film, his brain defragments it into camera angles, shot taking, background score, visual narrative and so on. 

A Music Composer, Orchestrator who has worked on several acclaimed projects, Srikant studied at the Berklee College of Music, specialising in Scoring for Film, TV and Video Games.

An Indian-American animator currently working for Pixar Animation Studios. Born in Miami, Florida, he moved between Atlanta and India, spending the better part of his childhood in Chennai. To pursue the dream of becoming an animator, he moved back to the US to go to Ringling College of Art and Design, where he majored in Computer Animation and landed a job in commercials upon graduation. He’s since animated on a handful of feature animations at Laika, Sony Pictures Imageworks and Pixar. Currently working on Pixar’s 2021 film titled “Luca” out in summer. During his free time Tarun likes to work on his personal art to explore his voice.
