Storytelling in Games with Rajat Ojha

Where’s the story in games? I don’t see a story in Candy Crush or Temple Run or Poker game so why should I bother about the narrative for a video game? Rajat will discuss why telling stories in video games is important from a UX perspective as this centers around the story of the players. Stories in games give a player choices, environments and circumstances where their actions impact the outcome. Games make superheros out of players as they engage and connect at different levels. That’s why an understanding of art and game design is crucial as Game Designers are in effect playing with human psychology. Join us for this super exciting session that will also include careers in Games and what the future holds in store for this industry.
