ADITYA CHARI – A well-known figure in the field of fine art, Aditya was born and brought up in Navi Mumbai. Aditya belongs to the family of well-known artist Sir Dr. SM Pandit who was considered the Bramha Guru of Indian fine art. Also, Aditya’s Father Late Mr. Nagraj Chari was a well-known painter. He graduated from Sir JJ School of Fine Art. Aditya is carrying forward the legacy of his family and has worked as a concept artist with big banner films such as BAAHUBALI’ The Beginning & BAAHUBALI, RANG RASIYA, YUGPURUSH, RAMAYAN, HIRANYAKASHIPU, SANGHMITRA, GARUDA, THE VILLAGE. He has also worked for music director Shri. M M Keervani (Academy Award winner). Aditya has also authored books called DESSINER LE CORPS HUMAIN (French), FIGURE STUDY MADE EASY & PORTRAIT TECHNIQUES MADE EASY. Aditya has been awarded by several organizations for his contribution to teaching of fine art. He has more than 2 decades of experience working in various fields of gaming, comics, teaching and animation. Aditya is currently based in Pune and is actively involved in online teaching & spreading awareness on the importance of the foundation study of fine art.
SAUMIN SURESH PATEL is a visual artist based out in Mumbai, India. His passion for cinema and comics reflects well across his work. Some of his recent storyboard projects include Andhadhun, Merry Christmas, Ikkis for Sriram Raghavan, Panipat for Ashutosh Gowarikar & Lootcase for Rajesh Krishnan. His comic book projects include Stunt for Indusverse, Mumbai Mcguffin, 18 days, Mighty yeti and Devi for Graphic India, Agent Vinod : The Jungfrau Encounter for Westland. He aspires to tell some of his own stories through comics and Feature Films.
SANTOSH SAWANT is a Creative Director and Co-founder of Afternoon Films. With over two decades of experience in animation design and storytelling, Santosh has honed his craft through his work with esteemed studios such as UTV, Toons Animation, Famous Animations, and Future Thought. In 2010, he co-founded Afternoon Films, where he specializes in unique storytelling and has an exceptional eye for design, craft, and technology. Throughout his career, Santosh has directed a range of animation projects, from short films to TV shows and commercials, demonstrating his versatile talents in the field.
Vaibhav More Films was founded in 2009. Founder/owner/director Vaibhav More is a graduate of Sir J J school of Art. He has worked for brands like the Times of India, MTV, VH1, Nickolodeon, Reliance and TATA Indicom. His work has received many national and international awards. The studio is an Animation and VFX service provider. Along with concept development and content creation and is providing creative services to various TV channels, advertising agencies and production houses.
Since 2014 the studio is using Open Source Software – primarily Blender and Krita. Vaibhav is also an active educator teaching animation and vfx. He conducts sessions and seminars across India. He’s excited to spread awareness about open source software.
