Portfolio Review Mechanism
Each Expert will give you 20 mins of their time, make the most of it. Some Do’s and Don’ts to keep in mind.

| Have your material ready | Do not carry water / food inside the review room |
| For digital – ensure folders and files are organised | Do not waste time, you have a limited time slot with an expert |
| For Physical – ensure books / diaries / loose pages are organised | Do not insist on meeting Experts without an appointment in the Portfolio Review rooms |
| For Links – check to ensure links are working beforehand and not broken | Do not insist on change / exchange of time slot |
| Be polite, respectful and maintain decorum | Do not argue if you don’t agree with an opinion |
| Speak softly, there other other reviews underway | Do not book more than 1 review slot |
| Leave once your time is up, there are others waiting | Do not insist on selfies, autographs etc. |

Terms & Conditions: (Read carefully before you select)
- Please read the event details carefully before making your payment.
- If you book more than 1 Expert review, only the first registration will be valid. Any/all payments made for additional review bookings will be forefeit.
- Payment once made is non-refundable.
- No upgrades, refunds, exchange, transfers, cancellations will be allowed.
- Booking on first come basis only.
- Each Registration will be issued Payment Receipt with a Transaction ID
- Carry your Payment Receipt to the venue for validation and entry
- Festival Pass+ holders will be informed of their respective Portfolio Review slot (date & time)
- Contact Registration Desk at the venue for assistance
We reserve the right to cancel, modify our events and/or list of speakers without notice. Please read the event details carefully before making your payment. Payment once made is non-refundable. Your payment acknowledgement from our payment service is your receipt, please bring it with you to the event for verification at the gates. Digital version is accepted. No other receipt will be issued.
