As a Member of the Association/Society you agree to the following:
Rights of admission to all our events are Reserved.
You are participating and attending the event(s) at your own risk and agree to follow the directions of the organiser(s) and/or their authorised representative(s) at all times.
The organisor(s), their service providers, authorised representative(s) and/or the venue shall not be responsible for any demands, injury, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses or other claims arising as a result of the event(s) or any part of it.
We reserve the right to cancel, modify our event(s) and/or list of speakers without notice.
Please read the event details carefully before making your payment. Payment(s) once made are non-refundable.
Your payment acknowledgement from our service provider is your Official Receipt, please bring it with you to the event for verification at the gates. Digital version is accepted. No other receipt will be issued.
Payment(s) are accepted towards member subsrciption only, unless otherwise specified as a donation. We do not sell passes/tickets for our events.
All events are for members only. You may subscribe for membership(s) as per the details announced for the respective event(s).
The use of mobile phones and recording devices are strictly prohibited inside the venue, unless specifically allowed. You are to seek permission before recording the proceedings. If anyone is found recording without permission, their devices will be confiscated. We reserve the right to remove such member(s) from the venue.
By subscribing as a member of the Association/Society, you agree (without prejudice) that all decision(s) of the Association/Society will be final and binding on you. You agree to follow all Rules and Regulations of the Association/Society that may be in force and/or updated from time to time.
